We are looking to hire a Senior Asset Manager with a focus on construction loan administration for our Warrenton, VA office. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and self-motivated with strong analytical and real estate background. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• All asset management functions, to include processing Borrower requests i.e., reviewing and analyzing assumptions, management or operator changes and accounts receivable requests
• Construction loan administration to include processing draws, setting up funding, obtaining title, keeping the loan and construction budgets in line. Billing, monitoring and processing all construction escrows. Processing change orders and assisting with final endorsement
• Collections and special servicing requirements for delinquent or defaulted loans
• Processing payoffs and obtaining any required consents and conditions
• Risk rating, loss reserve and financial statement analysis
• Risk Mitigation of multifamily and healthcare loans
• Repair and replacement reserve administration Skills and Experience Required
  • Ability to multitask and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 6 years of prior asset management experience
  • Knowledge of FHA Multifamily & Healthcare policies and procedures required
  • Working knowledge of FHA construction loan administration policies and procedures required
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work independently with little oversight and a self-starter
