KIA of AUGUSTA is growing and looking for a Finance Administrator to complement and assist our Finance Management team to provide for an exceptional customer experience.Kia of Augusta is looking for an experienced sales or customer service specialist who wants to make an immediate impact on our growing finance department. • Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
• Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
• Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
• Oversees funding issues, DMV issues, and accounting issues; follow up to make sure it has been completed

  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
  • Professionalism & excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry preferredThe Finance and Insurance Administrator will work directly with Finance Managers and the accounting office to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all deals.
