experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team in
Lexington, Kentucky. This role will focus on analyzing financial
data, driving strategic decisions, and improving business processes
to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will thrive
in a dynamic environment, possess exceptional analytical skills,
and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and
decision-making. Responsibilities: • Serve as a key representative
of the finance team on cross-functional projects related to global
product development. • Build and evaluate detailed business case
models to guide investment decisions and provide insights to core
project teams and executive leadership. • Conduct in-depth analyses
to monitor and interpret key performance indicators tied to brand
sales and profitability. • Collaborate with brand leadership to
model and assess the impact of national promotional events across
multiple brands. • Identify and analyze business trends, market
segments, and customer profiles to support strategic planning
efforts. • Proactively develop initiatives aimed at cost reduction,
profit enhancement, and operational efficiency improvement. •
Generate and distribute ad hoc reports to cross-functional teams
and leadership to support decision-making and evaluate
opportunities. • Enhance standard reporting processes to streamline
information delivery and improve organizational insights. • Proven
experience in financial modeling and forecasting. • Strong
background in cost analysis and product development. • Expertise in
pricing strategies and market pricing analysis. • Adept at
conducting ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on financial data. •
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and dynamic
