Project Manager – High-End Custom Residential Greater
Greenville, SC | Full-Time | $90K–$130K Bonus Full Benefits Join a

and a team-first culture. We’re seeking a detail-driven Project
Manager to oversee high-end residential builds with precision and
pride. What You’ll Do: Manage full-scope custom home
projects—budgets, schedules, trades, and client relations. You’ll
work closely with a collaborative team and deliver exceptional
homes with top craftsmanship. ? What You Bring: 3–10 years managing
high-end custom homes Strong in scheduling, budgeting, and
forecasting Proficient with Procore and Excel (or similar) Skilled
in reading plans, surveys, topography, and foundations Strong
communicator and team collaborator Humble, hardworking, organized,
and results-driven The Right Fit: Pride in craftsmanship and doing
things right Understands the local subcontractor landscape (a plus)
