position: Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical,
appliances, roofs, hydraulic jacks Provide and document complete
diagnostic and repairs Record all parts and materials used in
repairs Keep supervisor appraised of work progress Ensure the final
work meets quality standards & inspected by supervisor Perform
other miscellaneous duties as assigned Must furnish own hand tools
Clean driver record Able to lift 25 lbs
