Augusta Rental Homes is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers across a portfolio of apartment communities throughout the CSRA . Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for our residents, guests, and team members. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who takes pride in their work and works well as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will complete assigned tasks and additional duties as directed by the Portfolio Manager . Compensation: $23 - $28 hourly DOE Responsibilities: Inspect and coordinate all needed rent-ready repairs and services as required to meet deadlines Diagnose and perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, appliances, doors and locks, and fixtures Correct any unsafe conditions and keep up the professional vision for all of our communities! Support the Augusta Rental Homes team to provide a superior resident service experience! Maintain a clean and professional property at all times Qualifications: Treats all people with respect Strong focus on resident satisfaction and retention Knowledge and experience with HVAC service and repair Must pass the Augusta Rental Homes Maintenance Competency Test State driver's license and a working vehicle with proof of insurance Strong desire to accomplish goals and work with a team Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug test About Company Augusta Rental Homes is the highest-rated and largest property management company in Augusta, GA.
