Job Description Job Description About the Role: HM Staffing is seeking skilled and dependable Water Mitigation Techs to join our team. In this role, you will install, service, and repair water treatment systems while providing professional, high-quality customer service. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and working both independently and as part of a team, this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair residential or commercial water treatment systems Diagnose issues with equipment, filtration systems, pumps, and lines Perform routine water testing and system inspections Document service calls, repairs, and parts used Educate customers on system operation and maintenance Ensure compliance with safety and company standards Travel to job sites using company vehicle Qualifications: Experience in water treatment, plumbing, mechanical, or related fields preferred Ability to read and follow schematics, manuals, and work orders Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (if required)
