Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Safely
executes field craft operations (i.e., field mechanical work,
miscellaneous maintenance, construction, etc.), consistent with
standard acceptable practices for such work. Work may involve heavy
physical labor, various mechanical equipment operations and use of
hand tools in a professional craftsman like manner, while ensuring
work is performed in compliance with contract specifications. May
clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the
sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris. Other reasonable
directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be
assigned at any time with or without notice. Education, Experience
and Requirements 1 or more years related experience is preferred.
Responsible for performing inspection duties at various stages of
project operations for code and contract specification compliance.
Perform tasks involving physical labor at heavy construction
project site. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air
hammers, earth tampers, concrete mixers, shovels, rakes, surveying
and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and
instruments. May assist other craft workers. May be flagging trucks
and traffic on the construction site. Must receive a satisfactory
pre-hire drug screen and background check. Must possess a valid
Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must be able to meet the
physical requirements. Willingness to work within the union. Skills

Demonstrates ability to perform craft labor activities/tasks at a
semi-skilled to skilled level. Must be able to work constructively
in diverse teams including engineers, technicians, and
