Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate in the role: Desired Skills & Experience: Construction Management or Engineering Degree Experience managing projects in the Lexington/Kentucky market Experience as a Construction Project Manager handling Commercial Projects Managing schedule, deadlines, deliverables, budget, subcontractors, self-performed work, safety, etc. Managing diverse projects ranging from 5K - 20 million Full Life cycle knowledge (estimating - completion) Plusses: Construction Management Degree SAGE/Timberline HH2 Plangrid AutoDesk Build Compensation : up to $90-105k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
