Job Description Job Description Project Manager Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the commercial sector, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and delivery. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates and address issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
