\n As a Seamstress you will be responsible for face fabric and
lining for drapery panels and ensures that patterns and stripes
match up when joining seam. \n What you'll do \n \n Moves fabric
from racks to machine tables \n Moves table to starting position \n
Ensures that properly racked fabric is joined evenly without
puckers or crooked seams \n Checks production tickets to insure
proper goods are being joined \n Checks production tickets for
special instructions that may affect joining operation \n Informs
supervisor of any problems that develop relative to the joining
operation \n Ensures that pattern and stripes match up when joining
seams together \n If racker is not available, place joined fabric
on rack \n Perform other duties as assigned \n \n Who you are \n \n
High school graduate \n Sewing experience; experience with
industrial sewing machines \n Ability to use and read a tape
measure \n General knowledge of fabrics \n Ability to use hand
tools \n Successfully pass color blind test \n Accuracy with names,
numbers and spelling \n Capable of standing for extended periods of
time \n Capable of lifting on a continuous basis \n Strong
attention to details \n Follow written and verbal instructions \n
