Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
School Psychologist position is available to support an elementary
school within the Nashville area. This on-site role focuses on
providing psychological services to students in the elementary age
group. The contract runs through the end of the current school
year, requiring a commitment until May 20, 2026. Location: Joelton,
TN Position Type: Contract, full-time (35 hours per week)
Assignment Duration: ASAP through 5/20/2026 Student Age Group:
Elementary school Work Setting: Elementary School Discipline
Needed: Psychology (1 position) Key Responsibilities: Conduct
psychological evaluations and participate in related meetings
(specific duties to be determined) Collaborate with school staff
and families to support student development and learning Provide
assessments and interventions in compliance with district policies
Maintain accurate records and documentation according to state and
district guidelines Qualifications: Active Tennessee Department of
Education certification in School Psychology Experience working
with elementary-aged students preferred Ability to work on-site in
Joelton, TN Strong communication and assessment skills Additional
Details: No fingerprinting required for credentialing in Tennessee
The school district will provide individual contracts for placement
Prescreen interviews will be scheduled to determine candidate
suitability; candidates should be available for a brief internal
interview between 9-11 a.m. or 2-3 p.m. EST, with some flexibility
