Responsibilities----As a--Product Engineer II--for John Deere--Turf
& Compact Utility--Implements & Attachments Partnering--located
in--Augusta, GA, you will be responsible leading engineering of new
and current projects for partnered implement/vehicle solutions,
utilizing the Product delivery Process (PDP) and Continuous
Improvement process (CI) for the Turf & Compact Utility
business.--In addition, you will:--
- Manage the engineering of current and future implement/vehicle
solutions for tractor platform partnered products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders developing requirements for
implement system needs.
- Provide technical support to marketing, DTAC, partner
suppliers, and service part organizations.--VISA Sponsorship is NOT
Available for this position.----What Skills You Need--
- 3 or more years of experience in product design
- 3 or more years of experience in PDP or CI process
execution
- Proven experience communicating and working with cross
functional teams
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving skills--What Makes You
Stand Out--
- Implement and attachment design experience.
- Experience in technical project management
- Experience with operation and maintenance of off-road
equipment--Education--Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent
related work experience in the following:--
- Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Mechanical
Engineering or Agricultural Engineering or equivalent
