Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and piping schemes to diagnose issues Identify and source necessary parts for repairs Communicate effectively with customers about problems, solutions, and costs Prepare for installations by reviewing building layouts and project requirements Utilize company-provided tools and devices (e.g., iPhone, power tools) Process invoices and payments directly in the field Promote company products and services through honest recommendations Submit accurate timecards and service documentation Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime Maintain a clean and professional appearance and attitude Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Skilled in HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs Proficient in reading wiring schematics and equipment manuals Physically capable of lifting 100 lbs, climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, and working in tight spaces EPA or NATE certification is a plus Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($25–$38/hour) based on experience Sales incentive opportunities Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Medical insurance Company work truck and iPhone Retirement savings program with company match Paid training and certifications Safety equipment provided Tech package (smartphone or tablet) Weekly pay cycle Referral bonus program Schedule Monday to Friday On-call rotation and occasional overtime as needed Location Based in Simpsonville, SC Field operations role; local travel required to customer sites Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
