Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a
Program Integration Team Manager at the Greenville site primarily
responsible for supporting sustainment and heavy modifications
program management integration, proposals and business development
activities. In this leadership role, you will manage the end-to-end
proposal process, support business development initiatives, and
oversee all elements of programs including but not limited to Cost,
Technical and Schedule execution to drive operational efficiency
and growth. As the leader of the Greenville Program Integration
Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior
leadership to ensure successful execution of proposals and
projects, contributing to the site’s and Lockheed Martin’s overall
success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant

responsibilities will include: - Oversee the entire proposal
process, from requirement gathering to submission, ensuring all
proposals are aligned with organizational goals and fully
integrated into execution plans. - Oversee and manage Greenville
site risk and opportunity. - Oversee and manage site utilization
processes to optimize resources and support operational efficiency
across the Greenville site. - Manage cost, schedule and technical
execution of sustainment programs. - Drive new business initiatives
by identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and
collaborating with key stakeholders to expand site capabilities.

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college •
Experience in program management, project management, or operations
management in aerospace, defense, or a related industry. •
Experience controlling cost, managing to schedules and delivering
technical solutions to specifications • Experience in proposal
management or business development • Demonstrated Full Spectrum
Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, distributed and
virtual teams Desired skills • Experience leading a project or
program with an international customer • Experience on modification
program involving both Structural and Avionics upgrades •
Experience with C-130 and F-16 aircraft • Strong Risk and
Opportunity Management skills • Understanding of Cost Account
Management and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) • Demonstrated
Interpersonal skills, ability to develop enduring customer
relationships. • Aircraft maintenance, modification, assembly
experience • Knowledge of Integrated Program Team approach to
managing program execution • Formal Proposal Management Training
and/or experience • Working knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense
(DoD) regulations, policies, and acquisition processes. Lockheed

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This
position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US
Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range
for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York
(excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii,
Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or
Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced
above, the salary range for this position will reflect the
candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state
applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at
least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for

for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of
Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
