Our clients, caregivers and employees will always be our top priority.Coastal Home Care is looking for an experienced--leader to oversee multiple branch offices in the Northern Georgia area and develop--with our expanding business. The main focus of the Area Director--position is to oversee operations at--our Augusta and Athens branches, as well as branches in Aiken and Florence, SC., to ensure quality service delivery to all clients. They will also ensure that services are delivered--within contract, state, federal and company regulations--and--policies and procedures. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, focused and driven by client service satisfaction.Benefits* Competitive salary* Excellent health care plans with expanded medical coverage to ensure no-cost testing and greater flexibility in maintaining coverage (on HAH plans only)* Paid time off * Paid holidays* Vacation payResponsibilities* Implement--and interpret--service--and operation--policies for all new contracts* Monitor costs in each branch* Support--growth and development in each community* Organize--and administer--all services and operations within the service--areas* Conduct internal branch audits every 6 months on each branch location* Arbitrate--grievances reported from field or staff personnel and clients* Oversee recruitment, screening, selection and training for all Branch Managers, with approval from the Executive Director* Monitor and develop procedures that will streamline office operationsQualifications* At least 5 years of experience in social service administration and management experience with multi-branch offices, OR at least 5--years of experience in the provision of Developmental Disabilities services for--the elderly and/or disabled, OR a--degree from an accredited four-year institution* Valid driver's license* Demonstrated ability to organize, administer, and evaluate on-going services in a multi-phased operation* Professional oral and written communication skillsIn order to be employed as an Area Director, candidates must comply with state background screening requirements.
