Marketing Manager-Web-Social-B2B-B2C-Green Building Products As the Marketing Manager you will work with T2earth's CEO as well as collaborate with the broader management team to create and manage marketing strategies by developing and implementing our Web, Social, B2B and B2C presence that builds out our T2Earth brand equity and sales positioning.

We are operationally based in the Southeastern United States with a leadership team also present in the New York metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build marketing, public relations, and communications channels directed and measured by sales and revenue guided metrics.

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIESo Oversee and execute strategy on company marketing initiatives that contribute to our high growth goals, including demand generation across all channels, product and solutions marketing, customer acquisition, marketing operations, content, events, social media, AR/PR, and branding.o Own the conversation and credibly tell the T2earth story. Understand the market trends and competitive landscape and develop competitive positioning while establishing rapport with media and industry analysts in the Lumber Product, Financial and Sustainability sectors.o Create a modern, high-velocity lead generation engine at T2earth. Work side by side with sales to drive the "revenue funnel" and implement ways to improve the level of engagement and adoption at every stage.o Align closely with product and revenue teams to understand client's needs, create go-to-market strategies, and create communication and collateral that reflects the company brand and ROI for clients.o Drive best in class product marketing including product launch management, white papers, presentations, and other customer-facing materials to build awareness, drive demand and arm sales with tools and training.o Define the marketing strategy needed to grow the community and increase engagement including social media, online, and email marketing.o Build, motivate, and develop the starting team; create and implement a long-term plan for marketing team structure and growth. Leverage existing network to continue to build a world-class marketing team.o Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives' performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth.o Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results.
