The Inventory Management Analyst prepares and analyzes inventory levels to goals; prepares reports and presentations including analyses of over/under inventory situations and action plans to course correct. Collaborates & Communicates with departments across the organization (e.g. Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing) to manage end of life Sku transitions and product launches. The Inventory Management Analyst is also responsible for facilitating/driving Sku rationalization meetings to hone product assortment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Track and report on Inventory Turns & Gross Margins Return on Investment. Continuously improve inventory stocking positions utilizing best practices. Perform weekly root cause analyses and take proper actions with the Demand Planning Analyst. Facilitate the communication of run out/launch plans for Sku transitions between departments across the organization.
Generates accurate and timely weekly inventory reports. Responsible for overall data maintenance for reports related to inventory management
Facilitates and drives Sku rationalization meetings working with product management to hone product assortment.
Maintain & Communicate Master Price List & Deadline price across departments
Drive Cost roll evaluation with Product Management team twice a year to evaluate Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Collaborate with Pricing Analysts for promotional evaluations
Update and Analyze Deadline promotions in D2C Channel and provide insights of their performance

Minimal Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or other related quantitative disciplines
Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, market analysis or related field

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to think, analyze, and report on diverse business segments
Expert in Microsoft Excel, Proficient PowerPoint and Word
Ability to influence others without direct authority and works effectively with all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Ability to simplify and translate complex data into clear, concise information that is understandable to non-technical audiences.

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus.
