Sales Operations ManagerSUMMARY:The Sales Operations Manager will identify opportunities to drive revenue through go-to-market strategies, ways to streamline the customer lifecycle, and sales process improvements. This individual will work cross functionally with marketing, sales and operations to share insights and centralize information related to the customer lifecycle.BENEFITS:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Advanced degree or MBA
    • 3+ years of marketing and/or sales experience
    • Demonstrated success in integrating talent development
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders
    • Experience with Salesforce.com
    • Marketing Automation Software Experience
    • Proven success in a challenging Sales or Marketing role

    • Cross functional experience (preferred)RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize and analyze the impact of business initiatives
      • Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals
      • Provide visibility to pipeline, forecast and competitive intelligence to optimize the revenue cycle
      • Enable and empower our sales team to succeed through improved strategy, process, analytics, and tools
      • Look at ways of streamlining and automating processes to compile and analyze data from various different sources and systems
      • Process integrity and enforcement across the client lifecycle (Sales/Marketing and CRM)
      • Track key metrics such as activities, funnel stages, pipeline, bookings, region-based analytics, deal sizes and close cycles
      • Define and establish sales territory assignments for sales operations personnel
      • Design, develop and implement sales cookbooks, targets and plans
      • Perform root cause analysis of marketing, sales and customer services operational issues, and measures results against business plans and past forecasts
      • Create and develop sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance business growth
      • Provide logistics in building and expanding the customer base and expanding relationships with existing customer by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts (Strategic Account Planning)
      • Establish standards and processes for contract management across the client lifecycle
      • In alignment with finance, develop processes and standards for developing, managing and enhancing pricing data and strategy
      • Identify opportunities to use automation to improve processes across the client lifecycle
      • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns
      • Compile and examine revenue data, assesses territories and tracks trends
      • Audit revenue data to identify areas for improvement in pipeline management and forecast accuracy for both new and existing sales
