Job Description:
Duties--- Managing Counterintelligence (CI) and Human
Intelligence (HUMINT) programs, collection, and exploitation
efforts and requirements.--- Providing oversight and technical
control of CI and HUMINT activities in support of Cyberspace
Operations and requirements.--- Developing intelligence outreach
programs to national agencies and the Joint community on all issues
relating to CI and HUMINT.--- Establishing and maintaining
relationships with primary staff elements within the command and
the subordinate intelligence and security offices with the
command.--- Evaluating the effectiveness of work performed by
subordinates in terms of mission accomplishment, quality, technical
competence, and procedural and regulatory compliance.---
Identifying training and developmental needs for subordinates and
making provisions for trainingRequirements Conditions of
Employment--- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or
fitness determination, as determined by a completed background
investigation.--- Two year trial period may be required.--- In
accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse
Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a
urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and
periodically thereafter.--- Must undergo and successfully complete
an initial and periodic Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (CI Poly)
examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI).--- Must obtain and
maintain a Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive
Compartmented Information (TS-SCI).--- Must be able to obtain and
maintain access to NSA and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
accredited facilities and networks[Military External Affiliates
Division (MEAD) Security In-Processing (SIP) process.]--- Shift
work, irregular tours of duty, and/or extended duty may be

operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related
to the position to be filledThis experience should demonstrate:
Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations;
Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library
holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of
the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling,
reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of
organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing
