Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a dynamic team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in the execution of $1-10 million food-grade chemical manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project planning, cross-functional collaboration, resource management, risk mitigation, and overall project success.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, delineating scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements for the successful execution of food-grade chemical manufacturing projects.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives and timelines.Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that food-grade chemical manufacturing projects meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to cost constraints.Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, identifying and addressing any delays or obstacles promptly to keep projects on schedule.Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and team performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the food-grade chemical manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Effective leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
