Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Testing Automation to
lead the enterprise-wide testing automation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy
aligned with business objectives
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of
robust test automation frameworks
Build and manage a team of software quality assurance engineers and
QA analysts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering, or a related field
5 years of experience in QA/testing with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks
Experience implementing automated testing in CI/CD pipelines
Experience within the healthcare industry with knowledge of
compliance standards
