In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great and apply today!You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.You will ensure equipment maintenance is performed regularly and according to regulatory and/or accreditation standards.You will participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.You will reflect core values when interacting with co-workers, patients, family members, and others in the community to foster an environment where employees are engaged and where patient care is unparalleled.You will lead in a way that inspires commitment to the vision/mission/values of the organization.You will provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.You will represent the organization positively within the community; participates in company-supported community/patient events and in-services.Qualifications Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN licenseA current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is requiredAcurrent AHA or American Red Cross Life Support ACLS Health Care Provider is required at hire or received within 6 monthsDoctors Hospital of Augustais a 350 plus bed HCA Healthcare facility located near the Georgia-South Carolina state border.
