Family Practice-Without OB opening in Fairfax, South Carolina. Looking for a Physician in Fairfax, SC! Our mission is to provide accessible and quality primary and preventive health care services in a patient-centered manner to the communities of Allendale, Barnwell, Bamberg , Aiken and surrounding counties. We are a non-profit, 501(c)3, primary health care organization, that has provided health care services for over 40 years, and currently cares for approximately 19,000+ patients. You will be helping patients from infants to geriatrics. Most Providers work 4.5 days per week. We also have some who work 4 and a couple who work 5.
