Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.   Qualifications
  
  Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred. Minimum of one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred. BLS (current upon hire); Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license. ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or specialty course completion in required specialty. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
