Cross Country Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician for Maternity coverage in Barnwell, South Carolina. Open Dates: March 30 - May 30 Schedule: Monday - Wednesday 8a-5p 1hr unpaid lunch) Work Site Setting: Outpatient Clinic. Scope of work : Must see patients of all ages. Patient census 20-23 ppd Basic Primary Care Appointment based with some Walk ins Additional physicians and Advanced practice providers onsite Will work with an APP and sign off on any scripts The only controlled substance they prescribe is ADD Medicine This is a low income community, Federally Qualified Health Care center, Medicaid/Medicare, colds/flu, immunizations, strong patient population of diabetes appointments and walk-in patients. Active South Carolina License, Federal DEA, SC DEA/DHEA and Controlled Substance are required. Board Certification in Family Medicine required. Malpractice will be covered.
