We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Facility Medical Director at a leading medical center in Aiken, South Carolina. This esteemed facility, part of a large hospital management network, is known for its comprehensive range of medical services and state-of-the-art facilities. As the Facility Medical Director, you will play a vital role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of care provided at this exceptional institution. Schedule:

• The schedule consists of 5 full-time equivalent (FTE) 24-hour shifts, 2 FTE 12-hour shifts, 2 FTE 10-hour shifts, and the rest are 8-hour shifts.Details:
  • The model consists of 4 physicians and 16.64 CRNAs.
  • Average daily onsite staffing includes 2 physicians and 10 to 12 CRNAs.
  • The model provides staffing for 9-11 concurrent anesthesia locations daily. Compensation:
    • Employed W2 with full health benefits, plus malpractice coverage with tail guarantee
    • Salary: $500,000
    • Metric Bonus: $25,000
    • Cardiac Certification Stipend: $50,000
    • Sign-On: $100,000
    • Relocation assistance
    • Vacation: 13 weeks
