Piedmont Augusta Hospital Nursing Student ExternshipBecome a valued member of the Piedmont Augusta Hospital team and gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting. As a nursing student extern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced nursing staff and develop your skills in patient care.Responsibilities:

• Provide quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a nursing program and have completed the first medical-surgical rotation.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.Requirements:
