About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various medical-surgical and intensive care units, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide general nursing care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and maintaining patient records.
• Manage efficient patient flow, including screening, preparation for exams, and arranging testing and admissions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
