Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/28/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Requirements: - Minimum Experience: 2 years - License Requirements: - Must have GA or Compact license in hand at time of submission - First-Time Travelers: Accepted - Certifications Required: - BLS - ACLS - Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics - General Skills & Setting: - Admit Unit receives patients via Direct Admission (clinics, physician offices, prompt cares, ER, or transfers) - Intermediate level care and med-surg level patients - Common diagnoses: Dysrhythmias, CHF, Stroke (non-TPA), Acute Coronary Syndrome, Myocardial Ischemia - Fast-paced environment focused on throughput with strong team dynamics - All patients on hardwire telemetry; self-monitored by RN - Unit Details: - Ratio: 1:4 - Beds: 12 - Charting System: Epic - Medication System: Pyxis - Scrub Color: Navy Blue 39 (2919123) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
