facilities. Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a Med-Surg RN
plays a critical role in delivering safe, patient-centered care to
individuals with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions,
including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Utilizing
the nursing process, the RN provides direct and individualized
care, administers medications and treatments, and monitors
telemetry and vital signs to promptly identify and respond to
changes in patient condition Key Responsibilities: Assess, monitor,
and care for patients with medical and post-surgical conditions.
Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed. Develop
and update care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Document patient status and report changes promptly. Educate
patients and families on recovery, medications, and discharge care.
Maintain safety, infection control, and adhere to hospital
protocols. Required Qualifications: Active MO or Compact RN License
AHA BLS and AHA ACLS. 1 year of med surg experience. Preferred
