TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified ER/Trauma RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Pay Information
$1,871 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 12 hours (13:00 - 01:00) Experience:
Minimum of 2 years required; first-time travelers not accepted.
License: State nursing license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS,
NIH, PALS required. Must-Have: General skills and work setting
requirements include working in a busy and large emergency
department with high acuity. Patient population ranges from
adolescents to geriatrics. Staffing ratio is 1:4 in a 59-bed
emergency room averaging 165-175 patients per day. Unit systems
utilized include Epic and Pyxis. Scrub color is navy blue.
Description: The role involves providing high-quality patient care
in a fast-paced emergency department. You will manage patients with
a variety of medical conditions, from minor injuries to
life-threatening situations. Strong assessment and
critical-thinking skills are essential. Effective communication
with the healthcare team and patients is necessary. You must be
flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of a dynamic work
environment. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Holidays
are expected to be worked as per the holiday policy. Compliance
with all documentation and orientation requirements is mandatory to
ensure a timely start. Candidates must be available to complete
required onboarding tasks within 48 hours of signing a contract.
Two supervisory references are highly preferred at the time of
submission. RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days and must be
provided with submission. Travelers must not have worked with this
organization for one full year to be eligible to return as
