TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified ER/Trauma RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Pay Information
$1,857 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of
experience required. First-time travelers not accepted. License: TN
or Compact license required at the time of submission.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required. Must-Have: Epic
charting experience required. Preferred experience in trauma level
I or II facilities. Experience in community hospitals is a plus.
Travel experience required. Description: The role requires
providing care in a busy emergency department with high acuity. The
patient population includes adolescents to geriatrics. Nursing
staff to patient ratio is 1:4. The emergency department averages
165-175 patients per day. Interdisciplinary support is available
including IV teams, respiratory services, and social services.
Experience in managing acute psychological conditions, traumatic
injuries, and respiratory issues is essential. Familiarity with
specific skills such as chest tube insertion, IV management, and
triage is important. Candidates will be expected to work major
holidays as outlined in the holiday policy. Floating may be rare
while working every other weekend is expected. Compliance with all
orientation and training requirements is compulsory to start on
time. All candidates must submit supervisory references prior to
hiring. RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days and must be provided
