Job Description:
Job Description The Therapist role involves providing
individual, group, and family therapy, along with psychoeducational
activities in a residential treatment setting. Full-time position
requiring application online. Responsibilities include orienting
new patients, gathering history, developing treatment plans with
discharge goals, and coordinating with community sources. Utilizes
patient-centered interventions, including motivational
interviewing, and documents all treatment activities. Must work
effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal
skills and cultural competence. Requires a Master’s degree and
licensure in a mental health field; supervision provided for
