Position Summary: Our Client is seeking an Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Nurse is responsible for delivering direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities : Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patients’ physical and emotional status. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record. Work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition or emergencies. Educate patients and families about disease management and discharge instructions.
