Telemetry RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Job Opportunity –
Telemetry RN – Georgia Start Date: January 26, 2026 Location:
Augusta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week; every other weekend
required; no call Highlights: 16-bed telemetry unit caring for
adult and geriatric patients with cardiac and complex medical
diagnoses Patient ratio of 1:4-5 with comprehensive
interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services,
and rapid response teams Epic EMR system required; experience with
Pyxis and SBAR communication protocols Minimum 2-year nursing
experience; first-time travelers accepted Manage cardiac and
vasoactive drips without titration; care for post-cath, post-device
implant, and cardiac surgery patients Maximum 7 days of time off
allowed during assignment period Requirements: Active Georgia or
Compact State RN license required at time of application Current
certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Minimum 2
years of telemetry or progressive care unit experience Proficiency
in Epic charting system is required Strong competency in telemetry
monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of
cardiac drips Experience with ventilated patients, central line
management, chest tubes, and post-cardiac procedure care Two
supervisory references from manager level or above required for
submission Flu vaccination required; medical or religious
exemptions only Must be able to complete compliance documents and
schedule labs within 48 hours of contract acceptance Why It's a
