Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline:
RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 17 weeks - 36 hours per
week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel
Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Tele Job Details: • Work in a 16-bed
cardiac telemetry unit with average daily census of 16 patients •
Maintain 1:5 patient ratio on days, nights, and weekends • Minimum
1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted • Care
for adult to geriatric patient population • Treat patients with
post MI, heart failure, arrhythmias, chest pain, and peripheral
vascular disease • Perform peritoneal dialysis procedures • Work
with telemetry, EKG, and Doppler equipment • Required
certifications: BLS and ACLS • Must have Epic charting system
experience • Wear navy blue scrubs • Float to other cardiac
telemetry units or other units as needed • Work 6 weekend shifts
per 6-week schedule period • No call requirements • Expected to
work major holidays that fall during assignment period • Maximum 7
days requested time off allowed • Complete 24 hours of orientation
including non-billable modules • Skills include blood product
administration, cardiac telemetry, central line care, chest tube
management, cardiac drip management, dysrhythmia interpretation and
management, pacemaker care, post-cardiac procedure care, and wound
care • Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams,
respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams Facility:
