Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and highly
skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical
(Med-Surg) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality
patient care, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and
ensure safe and effective nursing practices in a fast-paced acute
care environment. Key Responsibilities - Deliver patient-centered
nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital
policies. - Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and
monitor progress. - Administer medications, perform clinical
procedures, and maintain accurate documentation. - Collaborate with
physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient
outcomes. - Educate patients and families regarding treatment
plans, safety, and discharge instructions. - Respond appropriately
to emergencies and lead care interventions as needed. - Maintain a
safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment. Qualifications -
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. -
Minimum 1 year Med-Surg or Acute Care nursing experience preferred.
- Current BLS required; ACLS preferred. - Strong critical thinking,
communication, and patient advocacy skills. - Ability to work
effectively in a team-based care environment. Comprehensive
