Job Description Full-time starting at $200,000 As a key member of our Carolina Health Centers, Inc. team, the Physician will play a vital role in establishing and overseeing a comprehensive, community-based primary care program. The primary objective of this role is to enhance access to high-quality primary care services, focusing on family-centered care. The Physician will be responsible for designing and implementing an integrated delivery model that prioritizes prevention, health maintenance, health education, and evidence-based chronic disease management.
