required; Floating as needed; No call requirements Highlights:
Telemetry unit caring for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac
and acute conditions including CHF, MI/chest pain (pre- and
post-cath), dysrhythmias, and vascular issues Nurse-to-patient
ratio of 1:4-5 in a 16-room unit Epic charting system (required),
Pyxis medication management, and SBAR communication protocols
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams,
respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid
response teams 13-week assignment with 36 hours of paid
orientation; Maximum 7 days of requested time off Holiday coverage
required per assignment length; Local candidates welcome
Requirements: Current Georgia or Compact State RN license (must be
active at time of submission) Minimum 2 years of RN experience;
First-time travelers accepted Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
certifications Epic EMR experience required Proficiency in cardiac
telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of
cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration) including milrinone,
dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lidocaine, Bumex, and Heparin
Experience with blood product administration, central line care, IV
insulin protocols, post-cardiac procedures, and ventilated patient
care Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly
preferred Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Full compliance documentation required by the Tuesday prior to
