(RN) Med Surg / Telemetry for a nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry -

hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type:
Staff Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Tele Requirements: - Active
RN License (Georgia or multi-state compact) - Must have 1 year of
Med Surg experience required, - Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification - Associate’s or bachelor’s in nursing (BSN
preferred) Responsibilities - Assess and monitor patient conditions
- Develop and follow individualized care plans - Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed - Document patient care
accurately and timely - Educate patients and families about care
and recovery - Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
