Job Description Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float for a nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Float - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Staff Responsibilities - Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across multiple units as assigned - Perform patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing standards - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams - Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions - Maintain accurate and timely documentation - Follow all Wellstar policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Requirements - Active Georgia RN license or compact license - BLS certification required - ACLS and/or specialty certifications may be required based on unit - Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred Comprehensive Benefits Package:/nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance/n403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match/nPaid Time Off (PTO); Holiday Pay/nSign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance About Pyramid Consulting Supercharge your career with Pyramid Consulting.
