Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,852 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Float Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current state nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: - Experience in ICU, MS, MS/Tele, and PCU settings - Proficient in Epic charting system Description: Minimum experience required is one year. First-time travelers are accepted. Patient population includes adults to geriatrics. Clinical duties include floating primarily in ICU but may require floating to other units as needed. The ratio is 1:2-3 for ICU, 1:4-5 for PCU, and 1:5-6 for MS and MS Tele. Full compliance with required documentation is necessary to start on time. If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the individual is expected to work. If two major holidays occur, the individual is required to work both. For three major holidays, the expectation is to work two of the holidays. Interdisciplinary support includes teams for respiratory services, physical therapy, and pharmacy. The individual will need to manage a variety of complex patient diagnoses. The focus will include infection prevention, ventilator management, and care of ventilated patients. Experience with IV protocols, blood product administration, and central line care is essential. References must be supervisory and from managerial staff. A maximum of seven days of requested time off is permitted. No holiday time off can be requested during the holiday policy period.
