Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Highlands, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,752 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI preferred Must-Have: Experience in care of geriatric patients or previous inpatient rehabilitation experience Description: Variable shifts are available. The unit consists of 24 beds with patient ratios ranging from 6 to 7:1. Staffing on the unit includes no health unit coordinators, technicians, or extra registered nurses when no technician is present. Standard medical-surgical equipment is utilized within the unit. Documentation is completed using an electronic system. Scheduling requirements include working three 12-hour shifts per week. Floating to other units is rare. An affluent community expects a high level of concierge service. Advanced skills in wound care are necessary for this position. The dress code includes navy scrubs or a navy top with white bottoms.
