In this role, you will oversee the physical therapy team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to patients while adhering to the highest standards of healthcare practices. This position calls for a strategic and compassionate leader who can motivate and guide the team towards achieving clinical excellence and enhancing patient outcomes. Lead, coach, and mentor the physical therapy team to achieve set performance targets Develop and implement therapy programs that meet the needs of patients and adhere to regulatory requirements Ensure all team members are trained on the latest in physical therapy techniques and compliance protocols Maintain high standards of care and oversee the clinical performance of the team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Manage administrative duties and patient documentation for the therapy department Conduct performance reviews and contribute to professional development planning for team members Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation practices Ability to mentor and inspire a team Proficiency in healthcare management systems and compliance requirements Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license as a registered physical therapist BLS/CPR certification
