Job Description:

role in the provision of inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and
hospice care, delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care

professional development. Assess patient health problems and needs,
develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical
records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in
patients' conditions. Operate and monitor medical equipment. Help
perform diagnostic tests and analyze results. Instruct patients and
families on topics such as health education or disease prevention.
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to
communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare
team members Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Ability to
handle stress and make decisions in emergency situations Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must possess a
registered nursing license BLS/ACLS certification preferred
Experience in rehabilitation or home health nursing is a plus
