This role involves providing personalized patient care focused on physical rehabilitation therapies within a supportive inpatient, outpatient, and home health setting. The successful candidate will be part of a team committed to innovative treatments and excellent patient outcomes, leveraging the latest techniques and equipment to maximize patient functionality and promote wellness. Assess patient condition by examining muscle strength, mobility, and activity Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and physician recommendations Utilize various therapeutic exercises and equipment to alleviate pain and improve the patient's mobility Document patient care and progress collaboratively with medical team Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing home exercises Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as required by healthcare law and the company's policies Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license BLS certification preferred Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) considered an asset
