About the Position Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession:
Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years
License: RRT or minimum of CRTT (CRT must have critical care
skills/experience along with 5 years or greater experience as a
therapist) Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Expertise in ABG
interpretation - Proficiency in CPAP/Nasal CPAP/BiPAP - Skills in
troubleshooting high-pressure alarms - Experience in weaning from
mechanical ventilation - Competence in tracheostomy care -
Knowledge of airway management Description: This position requires
a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-time travelers are
accepted. The patient population includes neonates, adults, and
geriatrics. General skills required include ABG interpretation and
airway management techniques. The position may involve floating
within the facility as needed. The therapist is expected to perform
duties including tracheostomy management and high flow nasal
cannula application. Full compliance with all required
certifications is necessary to start on time. If not compliant in
time, there will be a delay of 2 weeks due to the bi-weekly
orientation schedule. Travelers are expected to work major holidays
if they fall within the assignment period. Available positions may
involve working every other weekend. No call requirements are in
place for this role. A maximum of 7 days of requested time off is
allowed. Local candidates are also accepted. Requirements Required
