Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,103 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required; first-timers accepted. License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Circulate and scrub experience required. Description: The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of surgical procedures including general, neuro, spine, ortho, robotics, urology, vascular, and colorectal surgeries. Experience with circulating and scrubbing in an operating room setting is essential. Candidates must be able to handle a demanding environment with an average daily census of 35 patients across 16 operating rooms. Travelers may be required to work on major holidays and weekends. Call requirements include 7-8 calls within a 6-week period, along with 1-2 weekend shifts. Candidates will need to comply fully with all onboarding requirements in order to start on time. Local candidates will be considered. References from supervisory roles are preferred. Must be flexible regarding scheduling, including holiday availability. Compliance with health protocols is required before the start of the assignment. Candidates must demonstrate clinical fit and pass clinical screening as part of the hiring process.
