Job Description Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse
(RN) Acute Care for a nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Acute Care - Discipline: RN
- Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift:
12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Staff The Acute Care RN
provides direct patient care in fast-paced hospital settings,
managing patients with urgent, complex, or critical medical needs.
They collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to
stabilize patients, monitor progress, and deliver evidence-based
interventions. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to
identify medical and psychosocial needs. 1. Monitor patient status,
including vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic data, and
respond promptly to changes. 2. Administer medications, IV
therapies, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately. 3.
Assist physicians and specialists during procedures and provide
post?operative care. 4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
coordinate and deliver effective patient care. 5. Educate patients
and families with clear instructions, health information, and
emotional support. 6. Participate in emergency response situations,
delivering life?saving interventions when required. Requirements
:/nGraduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or
BSN)/nCurrent RN license (Georgia or Multi-State Compact)/nBLS
certification required./nMinimum 2 years direct patient care
